Louise Hay a source of inspiration for this year 2009
I wrote a book from Louise Hay which is one of my favorite authors.
She pointed in more than one part of the book that she believes that there is a power within each of us. I really agree with her.
I think that if we really know how to use our power, we are going to find the perfect health, relationship and of course bring to us prosperity.... I recommend you this book which has been part of my inspiration if you want to turn your live over this power within you.

The Power of Positive Thinking
We can’t image the huge power that our positive thinking has. We can affect in our health, wellbeing, strength, success, relations with people around you and every thing.
But what it actually means?
I think that you familiarize yourself with a positive thinking when you start with very small things. For example when you miss the bus in the morning and need to wait 15 minutes more for next bus in this moment instead of feel unlucky, you can have a positive think like … ok, now I have time to myself look around the trees, be aware about how I feel and how I want to feel. You will notice that in this way you are going to start your day in the most excellent way and not only that you are going to transmit this good feeling to every one you meet during this day. Don’t forget that you can get the other way around effect by thinking negative.

Techniques that can be use to set up your goals.
Last day was concluded that is necessary to have a clear picture of the goal that wants to achieve, make a plan for this and split it I small goals. By conclude small steps towards your goal it also lift up your self-confident because you are verifying you have the capability to achieve the master goal by working little by little.
Here you can follow some techniques that can be use to keep motivation during the time you are working in that goal you have decided to achieve.
One technique is to make a to-do list per day. This has to have something that you in fact can do, avoid very optimistic to-do lists, is better to start with small things and increasing little by little than feel frustrate of not having enough time to conclude every day to-do list.
Another technique is to make a to-do list per week and review this to the end of the week analyzing if you are keeping on track, update this in case of need.
Review the goal as often you can, reprioritize the small goals in case of needed…by review your goal you are getting a clearer picture of this goal, it can happen that you need to make small changes :-)

Put some goals to achieve
Everyone have dreams or goals that want to achieve ... but never take the time to make these dreams come true, usually people think that people that became very successful are because they had a lucky brake without need to make any effort and that is not true the most successful people came from underprivileged families with special conditions but there people believe in their self, these people had done several trial and test until successes.
The first think you need to know is what goal do you want to achieve, if you many goal to achieve is about priorities then the second thing that needs to do is to setup a roadmap with a deadline.
lets say that you want to start your own business by 40 and you are 36 years old right now, so you have 4 years to work on this goal, you need to study what king of business you will start, customer target, business models, revenues etc. Ones you get a clear picture of your goal and put it on paper then are time to make a plan with small goals per week spending some hours of your personal time to work toward your goal.

What is self-estee
For me the self-esteem is the opinion I have about myself and if my opinion about my self make me feel good so my self-esteem is good enough .. if for any reason y feel bad I know that is a temporary state I always recover myself from this mode by recalling emotion, situations there I was very proud about myself. When is about re enforce my daughters self-esteem I usually rate theme highly much highly treating each as unique in this wold because it will make theme perform better in a nature way without having high personal expectations and feeling happy :-)

Looking for a better self-esteem?
Avoid criticize that's no good it creates a negative atmosphere, and make you unhappy even the one you are criticizing is not present.
Never compare yourself with others, every person is unique and has different personality. If you want to compare you to be able to measure your improvement it should be with yourself ... who you were and who you are.
Nothing makes you feel better than help others, say nice things to others it make you feel good . But is also very important to be honest, this small exercise teach you to see only the good things in people you have around you.
Be conscious about your strengths and weakness, everyone is good in something, find out what ....and be even better in that thing that you are good and make it as stronger as it is possible. In simple words be best in that you are good :-)

Say welcome to compliments with a big smile :-)

To success with everything is extremely important to keep a positive
attitude and keep a positive attitude leads to higher productivity,
enthusiasm and happiness, is very easy to get up and feel frustrate if
you have lack of positive attitude, so is because is very important to
keep inspiration alive and we can do it with help of our thoughts that are very powerful and can influence in everything, our health the social behaviors and the enthusiasm that we transmit around us.
I do believe that our thoughts always reflecting what we actually are and we are exactly what we think we are :-) even sometime we are fail because the self-esteem is low but even in this case we can improve our self-esteem and keep a positive attitude alive.
